Directions

• Mane Event® and Crowning Glory®
  • Take 2 capsules daily or as prescribed by your healthcare professional.
• Hair Food®
  • Add 6g (2 level metric teaspoons) to 200mL of your choice of chilled coconut water or milk alternative, shake well using your Hair Food Shaker and enjoy immediately.
• Scalp Brush: Recommended to use 1-2 times per week.
  1. Apply your normal scalp or hair serum, treatment, or shampoo to your scalp.
  2. Massage the product into your scalp using this brush, with gentle, circular movements for 2-5 minutes until the product has been fully worked into the scalp.
  3. Rinse your scalp & strands thoroughly with warm water and follow with your usual hair care regimen.
  4. Rinse your brush & leave to air dry.
• Hair Food Shaker:
  1. In your clean, dry shaker, add 2 tsp of Hair Food and your choice of chilled mixer.
  2. Reseal with lid and shake. Enjoy!
