Shipping policy

 

AUSTRALIA DELIVERY

Public Holiday Notice: As we will be closed on public holidays, orders placed using same-day shipping will be prioritised to the next business day and all other orders will have a slightly longer dispatch time to account for the warehouse closure. 

Dispatch Cut-Off Time: For standard domestic deliveries, orders need to be received by 2 pm (use the table below for delivery estimates).

We will do our very best to see you get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment.

All consignments are tracked. The tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you can’t find it please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

*Does not account for public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays that have selected Same Day Shipping will be prioritised on the next business day. Some rural areas and WA/NT addresses can take longer for delivery so we recommend adding additional days to your delivery expectations. 

Disclaimer: we reserve the right to charge freight costs for orders that incur a higher-than-average delivery fee to remote areas. If you would like to check your delivery address with us, please contact us and we'd be happy to check!

The above excludes:

• • • Large bulky products (such as furniture, equipment and some electrical)
    • Dangerous goods (DG's)
    • Some remote and regional locations in NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA as determined by our couriers.
    • International/Export Orders.
    • In such circumstances, we will provide a quote for the freight charges at cost so you can approve prior to payment/shipping.
      
• Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

• Payment is required prior to shipping.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We can now ship to New Zealand - see here for more information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Where your item needs to be sent via courier, we will require your phone number. We cannot book courier deliveries without a valid daytime phone number for the recipient.

We take great care when packing every order to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

Your order will be sent through Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers.

Dangerous Goods

All Dangerous Goods are shipped through a specialised and dedicated Dangerous Goods Road Service.

Please note - Items designated as Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped via express or air carrier delivery services, which may result in additional transit days for regional or remote areas. 

Delivery Failures

In the event of a consignment is returned to us because:

• An incorrect address was provided by you
• You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot where relevant
• You were unavailable to sign for the delivery
• You refused the delivery
• The courier could not access the property
• You provided an Authority to Leave, but there was no clear safe location at the delivery point for the parcel to be left

A re-delivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and is required to be paid prior to re-dispatch.

In the event of a delivery failure as described above, where you then request a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost already paid by Le Beauty to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.
