Where do I go in store to collect my order?
Please visit our Melbourne showroom: 3-7 Shelley Street, Richmond, Melbourne 3121. Please show your order confirmation and photo ID at the reception desk.
What to bring with me?
It's important to bring your ID so we can verify that you are the owner of the order. If you purchased with a debit/credit card, you may also be required to bring your card so we can match your ID with your payment.
Can I send someone else to pick up my order?
If you are unable to collect yourself, you can have someone pick up on your behalf however you will need to provide them with a copy of your order confirmation and your ID (drivers license). Additionally, if you paid by debit/credit card, you may also need to provide them with your payment card so your ID and payment can be verified.
What time can I collect my order from store?
You can collect your order from Mon-Fri, 8-3pm except Public Holidays. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pickup (usually within 1 hour).
How long will you keep my order there?
Once your order is ready for collection and you’ve been notified, we will hold your order for 30 days.
What if I don’t collect my order?
If you don’t collect your order before the final date for collection, we’ll refund the order total and will send you an email to confirm that the order has been cancelled and refunded.
Can I return an item in store once I claim my order?
If you change your mind and decide to return your order, you can return it using our standard return procedure.
