A. Nutra Organics concentrates are shelf stable, but once opened require refrigeration.

A. The product is made up of concentrated beef broth which contains a high proportion of collagen proteins. The nature of these proteins is to bind water, meaning it creates a thick paste-like consistency. The colder it gets, the firmer the paste becomes. The Broth Concentrates will stick to the back of your spoon and require some stirring in hot water to dissolve.

Q. Can I give your product to a 6-month-old child?

Nutra Organics does not recommend giving Nutra Organics broths (broth powdered and concentrates) to children under 12 months of age as the sodium content is not suitable for young children when the product is prepared according to Nutra Organics' serving suggestion. However, if you are using Nutra Organics broths as an ingredient in a recipe containing lower-sodium foods, it may be suitable.
