Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ethanol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Phosphoric Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Disodium Phosphate.
Directions
Mixing With Tint
- Blend equal parts of Brow Tint and the Oxidant Developer until you have a creamy paste. The mixing ratio is 1:1 (approximately 4 drops of Cream or Liquid Oxidant will create the right consistency).
Pro Tip: Keep the mixture creamy, not watery, for the best results.
Mixing With Stain Hybrid Dye
- Mix 4 drops of Hybrid Dye with 2 drops of Cream Oxidant using an application stick or brush to blend into a creamy paste.
